Quick update

Looking at RSI(shows b-wave not divergence), market breadth(divergence earlier and lower high now) and cycles(in the middle of some longer cycle) this looks like the most likely pattern. Confirmation will be sharp, but short living decline for c-wave.
DAX seems to be on track - the pattern I have shown a few weeks ago.

    5. So basically the decline in DAX (and US?) could be done around these levels for 20w low??

    6. For the US this should be part of a bigger decline into 40w low November/December and for the DAX this could be the top.

  3. I see Gold has broken to the upside. Is this the start of a Wave 5 before a pullback?

    1. Gold is completing the move up and next is lower, see the RSI(weekly) not a reset rather divergence.... break out is short term.

  4. Every freaking body on youtube and fintwit is bearish. All I hear is the coming crash. Maybe a handful of big followers saying we go up and they get bashed in the comments. This is not a good sign for bears. We are going higher. Don't know how that works out in the cycle but it's going higher. I was trading in 2000. A handful were talking about a crash everyone else said it's going higher. Complete opposite now. If your short good luck. It's crazy people can't see this.

    1. Do not rely on this the whole move from 2009 is completing, the crowd is mega bullish not bearish.
Why do you think Buffet is cashing - it is over.

    2. What about the two greater than 20% downturns we had over the last five years? Seems like that would make people bullish.

    3. After a bubble pops the first drop is bought expecting the same outcome and this time it will not work.
